As an independant designer, working on pieces by myself I am only making one off one products before moving onto the next piece. (or the one on hold for weeks now) 
Therefore items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once placed, orders can't be canceled or changed unless an incorrect address was provided prior to shipping.

Damaged Items
